Thank you for supporting our graduates. This guide includes key information for faculty participating in the School of Nursing Convocation ceremony, including registration, regalia, parking, and day‑of logistics.

Faculty Check-In: 5 p.m.

✅ Faculty Participation Steps

Faculty Registration (RSVP)

STEP 1

Faculty who are hooding PhD graduates must complete the Convocation Registration (RSVP) form and plan to attend.

Seating on stage is limited. If the form is submitted after the deadline or once the maximum number of chairs has been reached, we will be unable to provide seating on stage. Faculty are still welcome to attend and sit with the audience.

If you RSVP but later find you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible at
sonceremony@uw.edu.

Student Awards Nominations

STEP 2

Faculty are invited to submit nominations for student awards.

Deadline: Sunday, April 26, 2026

This form will be removed after the deadline.

Additional day‑of details, including processional instructions and staging information, will be shared closer to the event.

🎓 Regalia

Academic regalia is required for faculty participating in Convocation.
