Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (UW LEAH) Fellowship

Applications are now open for the University of Washington Leadership Education in Adolescent Health (UW LEAH) Fellowship flyer for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The UW LEAH Fellowship prepares emerging leaders to advance adolescent health and well-being, improve health systems, reduce health disparities, and develop youth-centered, family-involved, culturally responsive care.

Fellows work alongside faculty and trainees from multiple disciplines and gain hands-on experience with:

  • Adolescent health and development
  • Interdisciplinary teamwork and leadership
  • Research and evidence-based practice
  • Public health policy and advocacy
  • Community engagement and family-centered care
  • Program development and quality improvement

Who should apply: Current Year 1 DNP students interested in working with adolescents

Program Length: September 15, 2026 – June 15, 2027

Time Commitment: Roughly 8 hours per week, including seminars and meetings on Fridays

Stipend: $4,500
