The WIN Conference Research & Information Poster Exchange (R&IE) will take place from April 21 to 24, 2026, in San Francisco, California. UW School of Nursing students and faculty are invited to submit posters showcasing research-related projects at UW SoN, including individual studies, training programs, centers, and research concepts or theories.
Students planning to submit an abstract should work closely with a faculty mentor.
To be considered for the R&IE poster exchange, please complete the interest survey by January 9, 2026.
Survey submission requirements
- Poster title (maximum 75 characters, including spaces, IN ALL CAPS)
- Presenting author
- Presenting author email
- Additional authors
- One-paragraph abstract describing the poster’s focus, including:
- Aims/Purpose
- Methods or description of the work
- Results or related data
- Conclusions or impact
Important notes
- If your poster is accepted for the R&IE, conference registration is required.
- Poster acceptance notifications will be sent by Friday, January 23, 2026.
