- A Movement or Yoga Class Once a week
- Providing Lunches Once per Week
- Volunteering in our Pathways to Services Center

To begin volunteering with REST everyone must take a free single online course, H.O.P.E (Human Trafficking, Outreach, Prevention, Education) Training.
