Health professions students at the University of Washington and across Western Washington are invited to participate in Health Equity Circle’s Annual Lobby Day on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the Washington State Capitol.
Each year, Lobby Day brings together nearly 100 students from across the state to advocate for legislation that impacts health equity in Washington. This hands-on experience offers opportunities to:
- Learn how the legislative process works
- Meet with legislators and staff
- Work in interdisciplinary teams
- Build meaningful advocacy and leadership experience
