The forum will examine why nursing theory is often treated as peripheral to education, research, practice and administration. Participants will discuss how to bring nursing knowledge and ethics into these settings, address barriers to using disciplinary perspectives and integrate foundational nursing knowledge into undergraduate and graduate education.
