Registration is now open for the Winter 2026 Geriatric Healthcare Series, offered by the University of Washington. This series is available for academic credit (UW students) or free attendance for UW students, faculty, staff, and community professionals.
The series is designed to support learners and professionals interested in geriatric health, aging, and interprofessional care, and may be taken either on demand (asynchronous) or live via Zoom webinar.

- UW students (1 credit course): Please consult the Time Schedule and register for either NURS 499D (SLN 18448; for undergraduate students) or NURS 599G (SLN 18469; for graduate students) -“Geriatric Health Promotion” (Barbara Cochrane, instructor). This is an on-demand (asynchronous) 1-credit interprofessional course.
- Participate on-demand (asynchronous) or live via Zoom Webinar: Thursdays 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Our lectures are recorded and posted online within 48 hours of the virtual lecture. You may watch on your own asynchronously.
