Pediatric Injury Research Training Program
UW Pediatrics is accepting applications for the Pediatric Injury Research Training Program, a two-year postdoctoral program in pediatric injury research funded through an NICHD T-32 grant.
The program includes:
- Coursework and seminars
- An intensively mentored research experience
- The opportunity to earn a Master of Public Health or Master of Science degree
The program welcomes postdoctoral scholars from all health professions and specialties, with a special interest in supporting research on injuries among Indigenous youth. Applications are due November 1.

Climate and Health Research Fellowship
Drs. McKenna Parnes and Bradley Kramer are recruiting a fellow for the 2026–28 Civic Science Fellows program through the Rita Allen Foundation.
This 18-month fellowship will help bridge research at Seattle Children’s with community programs and policies through Public Health – Seattle & King County. The fellow will help develop a new model for translating climate and health research into equitable, actionable public health programs and policies.
Applicants with a degree in a relevant field are encouraged to apply, including fields such as:
- Public health
- Environmental health
- Climate science
- Social science
- Policy
