Our community is at its best when faculty, staff, and students have opportunities to come together, build relationships, and learn from one another.
That’s why we’re inviting UW School of Nursing faculty, staff, and students to join us for 7:30 a.m. Coffee and Community hosted by Dean Thompson in T-332 on select dates throughout the 2026-27 academic year. Why so early? It’s one of the few times we can gather across our community before the day fills with classes, meetings, clinicals, and competing commitments.
We know an earlier start requires a little extra effort, but we encourage you to take this opportunity to join. In return, we hope these gatherings foster and strengthen connections across roles, programs, and experiences, deepening our sense of belonging, and creating an intentional space where we may learn from one another.
Whether you’d like to share ideas, gain perspective, or simply enjoy coffee and conversation, we look forward to seeing you.
