Volunteer for 2026 World Cup Seattle: Emergency & Medical Roles

About the Opportunity: Join us in supporting the 2026 World Cup in Seattle through volunteer roles in Emergency Management and Medical Support. This is a unique opportunity to serve the community, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to one of the world’s largest sporting events.

Volunteer Roles:

  • Medical and First Aid: Provide front-line care at First Aid stations. Requires First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. Healthcare providers are strongly encouraged to participate.
  • Emergency Operations Center (ICC/EOC): Support coordination behind the scenes, including documentation, situation reports, radio dispatch, and administrative functions. Ideal for those with organization, communication, or emergency coordination experience.
  • Emergency Coordinators (Field): Assist with on-site response, coordination, and crowd supervision in active field roles.

Volunteer Locations and Scope: Assignments support Last Mile Fan Zones, march routes, and other off-stadium activities to help ensure a safe and well-coordinated environment for visitors and residents.

Important Note: The ICC/EOC environment is highly collaborative and technology-driven. Comfort with computer applications is strongly preferred.

Event Dates and Shift Times:

  • Monday, June 15, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Friday, June 19, 6 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 24, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Friday, June 26, 2 p.m.–2 a.m.
  • Wednesday, July 1, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
  • Monday, July 6, 11 a.m.–11 p.m.
