Undergraduate Nursing Students Needed: Chehalis STEM Camp

The UW School of Nursing is seeking two to three undergraduate nursing students to support the Chehalis STEM Camp on Aug. 3-4, 2026.

This is an opportunity to engage with high school students interested in STEM and health care careers while representing the School of Nursing.

Position details

  • Pay: $25 per hour
  • Dates: Aug. 3-4, 2026
  • Participants: Approximately 75–100 high school students
  • Travel: Carpool available, or mileage provided if a personal vehicle is used
  • Lodging: Hotel accommodations provided with double occupancy; two students per room Sunday and Monday nights
  • Meals: Provided during the camp
  • Responsibilities: Assist with camp activities, engage with students and support event logistics
