About the HEARO mentorship program
HEARO partners with community and technical colleges across the WWAMI region—Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho—to connect students with free, one-on-one mentorship opportunities.
The program is designed to be low effort for mentors and students, with all mentorship activities taking place online. Mentors may include professionals, graduate students, and upper-level undergraduate students who can support mentees with academics, career planning, applications, and professional development.
Application timeline
Mentor applications are encouraged by November 20 to maximize time with mentees. Applications submitted after November 20 are still accepted on a rolling basis.
