A Teaching Assistant is needed in the Department of Child, Family and Population Health Nursing to provide instructional support for NURS 303: Foundations of Professional Nursing Practice for autumn 2026.
NURS 303 explores the nursing profession, including the past and present work of nurses, the experience of illness and seeking health care and the U.S. health care system.
The TA will assist Professor Chris Linton in coordinating and supporting this didactic course. Active participation, attendance and assistance at all scheduled class meetings are expected.
The course meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3 – 4:50 p.m. in HST T-625.
The appointment runs from Sept. 16 to Dec. 15, 2026. Exact days and hours of employment will be arranged between the TA and course faculty.
