Dementia Summit: Primary Care at the Forefront
The Dementia Action Collaborative of Washington State, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, invites you to the Dementia Summit in Yakima on October 23.
The conference will focus on caring for patients with cognitive concerns in primary care, with an emphasis on practical approaches for rural settings and federally qualified health centers (FQHCs).
