CSHRB Virtual Research Open House
Monday, October 5, 2026, 5 – 6:30 p.m.
The University of Washington Center for Study of Health and Risk Behaviors is hosting a virtual research open house for anyone interested in psychology and health research at UW.
The event is open to high school students, community members and college students. Attendees can:
- Learn more about ongoing psychology and health research at the University of Washington.
- Explore opportunities to get involved with psychology and health research.
About the Center for Study of Health and Risk Behaviors
The Center for Study of Health and Risk Behaviors focuses on understanding the factors related to addictive and health risk behaviors, their connection with other mental health conditions, and effective approaches to prevention and brief treatment.
The center also studies healthy developmental transitions and ways to promote positive health behaviors. Research projects with openings for students this quarter and winter quarter will be shared as part of the event.
