Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $131,000.00 – $145,000.00 DOE with bonus potential | Exempt, full-time | Anticipated territory: Marysville, Everett, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell, and Monroe area
- Compensation decisions are based on relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, market considerations, and internal pay equity practices.

What You Bring
- Credentials: Board-certified nurse practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or physician assistant/associate (PA-C), licensed in the state of employment
- Experience: 1–2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience preferred but not required; extensive paid training is provided
- Mobility: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance, since this role covers a regional territory
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Soft skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for daily work with patients, families, nursing staff, and medical leadership
- Initiative: Self-starter who can schedule and manage appointments independently with punctuality and professionalism
What You’ll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams across assigned care locations, conducting weekly wound rounds and house calls within your region
- Deliver high-quality skin and wound care at every visit, including assessment, dressing application, pressure relief, pain and odor management, and minor surgical procedures
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies to guide care decisions and build individualized treatment plans aligned with UWH’s Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Maintain timely documentation in UWH’s wound care EMR to track healing progress
- Collaborate virtually with UWH’s board-certified medical physicians and surgeons across wound care, dermatology, podiatry, vascular surgery, and infectious disease
