Compensation and benefits
Salary: $131,000–$145,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential
Status: Exempt, full time
Anticipated territory: Marysville, Everett, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell and Monroe area
- Compensation decisions are based on relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, market considerations and internal pay equity practices.

What you bring
- Credentials: Board-certified nurse practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP or APRN) or physician assistant/associate (PA-C), licensed in the state of employment
- Experience: One to two years of wound care or surgical experience preferred but not required; extensive paid training is provided
- Mobility: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance, since this role covers a regional territory
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Soft skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills for daily work with patients, families, nursing staff and medical leadership
- Initiative: Self-starter who can schedule and manage appointments independently with punctuality and professionalism
What you’ll do
- Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams across assigned care locations, conducting weekly wound rounds and house calls within your region
- Deliver high-quality skin and wound care at every visit, including assessment, dressing application, pressure relief, pain and odor management and minor surgical procedures
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies to guide care decisions and build individualized treatment plans aligned with UWH’s Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Maintain timely documentation in UWH’s wound care electronic medical record to track healing progress
- Collaborate virtually with UWH’s board-certified physicians and surgeons across wound care, dermatology, podiatry, vascular surgery and infectious disease
