The University of Washington is seeking an RN Research Assistant to support a Type 3 hybrid effectiveness-implementation trial focused on buprenorphine and HIV care.
Reporting to Dr. Omeid Heidari, the RN Research Assistant will provide office-based and community-based care services for study participants. The position will play a central role in implementing study interventions, maintaining protocol fidelity, collecting and documenting clinical data, and supporting research activities used to evaluate study outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Community-Based Opioid Treatment and Office-Based Opioid Treatment study arms
- Conducting participant assessments
- Documenting clinical encounters and study measures
- Collaborating with the research team to collect accurate and complete study data
- Participating in study meetings, intervention training and quality assurance activities
- Supporting the successful implementation of the research protocol
