Doctoral students in Public Health and Nursing programs are invited to participate in a research study exploring student experiences across the United States. Eligible participants include PhD, DNP, and DrPH students currently enrolled in a program.
Participation Details: Participation begins with a brief online survey that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. A subset of participants (up to 40) will be invited to take part in a 30–60 minute semi-structured interview conducted via secure video conferencing.
Study Topics: Interview discussions may include perspectives on your discipline, science identity, mentorship alignment, and current issues in health research.
Incentive: Participants who complete the interview will receive a $20 Visa gift card.
Interview Timeline: Interviews will be conducted between May and July. At the end of the survey, you can indicate your interest in being contacted for an interview.
About the Study: This study is part of a doctoral-level course (NGR6815-1: Qualitative Research Methods) at Florida State University and has received exempt determination from the Florida State University Institutional Review Board (STUDY00007352).
